What to Expect at Your First Visit
We want your first visit to feel easy from the start.
Before your appointment, you can choose how you would like to complete your new patient paperwork. We can email it to you so you can fill it out at home, or you can arrive about 15 minutes early and complete it in the office.
Because your first visit may look a little different depending on the services you are scheduling, we’ll let you know ahead of time what to expect. Please bring your photo ID and insurance card with you for billing purposes.
During your first appointment, we’ll take the time to talk about your health history, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to get out of care. We’ll answer your questions, talk through our recommendations, and make sure you understand what your next steps may look like.
There is no need to know exactly what to ask or have everything figured out before you walk in. Our job is to listen, help you understand your options, and make sure you feel comfortable with your care.
